Department of Quality Assurance is involved in delivering the academic and industrial needs pertaining to pharmaceuticals. The key task of the department is to provide knowledge in pharmaceuticals analysis of drugs/medicines which is constantly offering opportunities to students against high quality educational experience. The department endows wide opportunity to students and teaching staff to learn and analyze using sophisticated analytical Instruments like, HPLC, HPTLC, GC, FT-IR and UV/Vis- Spectrophotometerindependently during academic curriculum and ancillary research projects.
 
The focused research areas of the department are,

• Development and Validation of Analytical  and  Bioanalytical Methods
• Stability Studies of  Drugs and Impurity Profiling
• Biological evaluation of new chemical entities as antidiabetic, anticancer anti-inflammatory, anticonvulsant, anti- microbial.
• Pro-drugs and biological evaluation.
